
The Rocky Mountain Alpine Academy was established in 1998 and operated under the Rocky Mountain Embassy until 2008. Our goal is to provide the best quality race training available to any International Disabled Alpine athlete who is committed in advancing their skills to the next level of competition.
Our dedication to the sport, highly skilled coaches and a complete, one stop package, including coaching, lift passes, accommodations, meals, transportation, is the best offering available to disabled alpine athletes bar none. Our track record says it all with over 90% of all past athletes competing with their National Teams at the World Cup level.

The Academy is located in Kimberley, BC, Canada which prides itself in being a fully accessible city. All camps utilize the facilities of The Kimberley Alpine Training Centre, the number ONE alpine ski racing facility in North America, has FIS Homologation for SPEED events including Downhill and Super-G and has hosted many World Cup, Nor Am, regional races and speed camps.
Programs are available for all levels from Beginner through Junior, Intermediate and Elite racers and our training mythologies have been developed from over 30 years of disabled alpine racer development and range in length from 1 weekly through 3 month camps. No matter whether you are just starting to race or are already at an elite level we guarantee you will benefit from our program and the team of highly qualified Coaches is second to none in the world. Recognized internationally as one of the best training programs in the world for disabled athletes, we have trained racers from Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain, and Japan.
